JCA have built 2 dedicated Training Centres which are able to showcase the latest
products, equipment and processes in both Smart and fast track repair methodologies.
Exeter
JCA’s Training Centre is based in Exeter and we provide a wide variety of training
courses based around SMART repairs. Our dedicated team are also available to conduct
demonstrations in this specialist area enabling a full evaluation of the products
and processes available.
The Training Courses cover the following areas:

- Seat - leather, vinyl, velour
- Dashboard, trim, headlinings, upholstery
- Exterior repair
- Bumpers, wing mirrors, stone chips

Reading
JCA’s Training Centre in Reading is the UK’s newest operation and is focussed on
delivering training and support in the growing area of fast track express repair
procedures. The Centre provides training courses based around the Optimize Rapid
Repair Process which concentrates on enabling a bodyshop to install a dedicated
system that reduces cycle times and average repair costs whilst improving customer
satisfaction.
