The vast majority of our senior managers have a wealth of experience gained from working for many of the major manufacturers and distributors in the UK including, ICI/Nexa Autocolor, PPG, Dupont, Standox, 3M and Brown Brothers. This enthusiastic team is focused on providing the bodyshop with a quality of service that will exceed their expectations.

JCA’s large sales team are supported by a five strong Technical Team who work with the bodyshop’s operatives to ensure they are using the latest products and repair processes. Our Technical team have all recently gained the ATA accreditation award.The Operations Team‘s focus is to deliver the right product at the right time, whilst satisfying those critical emergency situations that occasionally happen.

JCA Coatings is committed to training and developing its’ staff. Ten of our sales staff have begun an industry specific Training Programme being conducted by Mercuri International. This programme is focused on our market and is over a 3 year period. This will result in JCA having the most highly trained sales force in the UK.
